JENNY BROCKMAN
Proprietor, Principal and Chief Instructor of Brockman's Riding School.
Jenny is a qualified educator with a Diploma of Teaching from the Education Department of Western Australia. She has over 30 years experience in training children and adults from learning to ride through to competitive riding at national level. She has taught and prepared horses in Great Britain and Malaysia and continues to improve her standard of instruction by attending clinics and competitions in Europe, USA and Great Britain.
Jenny started competing at 7 years of age and still competes today. She has trained numerous ponies and horses to national level in both Show Horse and Dressage disciplines.

FELICITY PERRY
Part-Time Instructor at Brockman's Riding School.
Felicity is a qualified educator with a Bachelor of Education and Diploma of Teaching from University and the Education Department of Western Australia. Felicity and Jenny's mother, Lesley Barrett-Lennard, owned the Drumclyer Pony Stud (founded 1956) and their father Tom, bred and raced thoroughbreds. Felicity assisted Lesley in the selection and importation of Welsh Mountain and Welsh "B" Stallions, mares and fillies from the U.K. to upgrade the Drumclyer breeding program. Felicity is a competent rider having ridden track work in her youth and successfully competed in Dressage, Showhorse, Showjumping and Eventing, winning many Championship awards. She later specialised in Dressage, including Freestyle and Showing In Hand, again winning numerous awards in these equestrian disciplines.
She has over 30 years experience coaching children and adults.

TENILLE SMITH
Part-Time Instructor at Brockman's Riding School.
Tenille grew up in a family with a long history with horses. Her father is a reinsman and trainer of a small trotting team and also breeds horses. Her mother competed successfully in Three Day Eventing and Showjumping at a State level. A keen Pony Club member, she competed in State Prince Philip Games for their zone in 1999.
In 1997 Tenille applied for a traineeship to work in a professional riding school and agistment centre, her placement was working at Brockman's Riding School. She claims to have learnt in her first year, more than her whole lifetime in riding, training caring and presenting horses for competitions. Tenille was awarded TAFE Runner-Up Trainee of the Year.
With Jenny's help, Tenille purchased her first competition horse that she rode for many successful wins at the Perth Royal Show and Dressage Competitions. Tenille has been teaching at Brockman's Riding School for 7 years, instructing riders of all capabilities. Today you will continue to see Tenille successfully competing in both Show Horse and Dressage competitions as well as breeding and educating several young horses.

SOPHIE HUGALL
Part-Time Instructor at Brockman's Riding School.
Sophie commenced riding at Brockman's Riding School at age 8. Over the years Sophie has assisted Jenny in training and competing on many of the Brockman's ponies and horses winning many championship awards in Show Horse and Dressage at a State level. Sophie's highlight was to win state Horse of the Year, an award that enabled her to travel and compete at the Nationals and Easter Royal Show in Sydney.
Sophie is currently training a young horse off the track to perform in all various disciplines of the sport and still regularly having lessons under Jenny. Sophie has been in charge of the Riding School on many occasions in Jenny's absence and competently supervised the yard for 3 months, while Jenny was in the USA.
